Three days of sacred silence on the banks of the Mississippi, walking Set Apart: Daily Living in a Fallen World, a new curriculum written for those who lead.

What to expect

Once you've made the slow country drive down the 4.5-mile gravel road, where you will have left your troubles and worries behind, you will be primed for an exceptional experience — a time to quiet the "white noise" of modern life and focus on the gift of sacred tranquility.

Over three days you'll walk a spiritual path shaped by this retreat's curriculum — Set Apart: Daily Living in a Fallen World — resting in the silent flow of a monastic atmosphere.

Your stay includes

  • A private room in the restored 1890 home, or your own private rustic guest cabin
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner, with coffee and snacks in between
  • Guided devotionals, worship in the chapel, and daily instruction
  • Access to hiking trails, the Library, the chapel, and the blacksmith shop on the banks of the Mississippi River
