Como is one of those anointed places where I have sensed the presence of God. The atmosphere at Como, the focus on the Word of God in reverence, in the gatherings I have experienced there, is life changing.

Beginning that evening, the quiet would only be broken by daily lessons, bird calls, crunching leaves, and the low chugging hum of the barges along the river.

My experience during Como Retreat was as though I had put my life on airplane mode.

Life-affirming and life-giving experience whether you are a new or seasoned Christian. I was filled with a new and deeper awareness of the Holy Spirit.

This weekend has totally brought me closer to my savior. Thank you for the opportunity to attend the retreat and I pray many more will take advantage.

The personal experience is one I will always remember. I love outside and the grounds, it is where I have always felt closest to my Lord and Savior. Thank you for this place to come and reach a closer walk.

From the moment I got here, I was already looking forward to coming back next year. Como is the geological center of my spiritual universe. I feel close to the Lord here more than I do anywhere else.

This retreat has helped me realize the importance of forgiveness and ways I can approach God to release me from this sin.

I found a renewed commitment to seeking God's word in my everyday life.

My favorite things were the sisterhood, the peaceful home and grounds, and the short guided sessions throughout the day.

Today I leave Como Retreat recentered, refreshed, renewed, and reminded that I am God's child and I am loved.

Como is such a very special experience. The property was amazing. You can feel God's presence and be surrounded by his beautiful creation. The sessions were very informative. I enjoyed the fact that we had a meditation time right after to reflect on what we had just heard. Will definitely come back.

I loved having the opportunity to commune with God in nature.

I didn't know the Holy Spirit, nor did I know he lived in my spirit. He has gifted me with His wonderful fruits. All I do is ask! I did not have any idea of His presence. Now I have all of God in my spirit — my cup overflows. This was made possible only because I attended this very moving and memorable spiritual retreat.

Como Retreat weekend brought life to Scripture. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are tangible, their presence so much more experiential.

I feel refreshed and mind decluttered. My heart is open for the Holy Spirit to fill.

Peaceful setting away from distractions.

Only an extreme personal conflict would keep me from returning.

It was a weekend that I will not forget for the rest of my life.

The content of teaching is rich and anointed.

Anointed property. A space where His presence oozes out of every nook and cranny.

Very, very beautiful property. Well maintained. My cabin had everything it needed. Caretakers and Mr. Charlie were very friendly. Loved the main house and library too. It really is a beautiful and peaceful property. I felt the quiet was enough for me to realign my focus on God and what He is speaking in my life.

I love the disconnect from technology. I love the peacefulness of the property and the cabin I was in … it was the quietness I needed to connect with God … the staff was so accommodating. I could actually live there forever.

Sweet workers, genuine people and clearly doing the Lord’s work.

I was honored and blessed by the kindness and generosity of Mr. Charlie. I could truly hear his heart for carrying his words of wisdom into the next generation. I could also sense that Kami absolutely adores him and respects these characteristics I just described. Their love for Jesus and desire to serve others through humble generosity is so evident.

May this stunning property continue to bless those who encounter Jesus there.

It was so clean and peaceful. I loved the attention to detail on the property. I could tell they put a lot of thought and love into hosting.

The retreat property is absolutely gorgeous. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. There is a beautiful peace on the property.
